LNU-MSU College of International Business Held the Commencement for the graduates of 2014

    At 10 a.m., May 23, the commencement of 2014 for the graduates of the Business Administration Major(China and USA collaboration) of LNU-MSU College of International Business was held in LNNU Academic Hall. Many leaders, faculty members and some students’ parents presented the ceremony: Professor Han Zenglin, LNNU President, Doctor Clif Smart, President of the Missouri State University, Steven Robinette, Assistant President of LNU-MSU College of International Business, David Meinert, the Deputy Dean of LNU-MSU College of International Business, Tod Parnell, previous President of Drury University, Doctor Dong Guangcai, LNU-MSU College of International Business, faculty members and some students’ parents presented the ceremony.
 
 
    Professor Han Zenglin, LNNU President, and Doctor Clif Smart, President of LNU-MSU gave speeches respectively on the ceremony. President Han first congratulated the graduates on their fulfillment of four years study. They lived a unique and challenging university life in the LNNU and Missouri State University Cooperation Program which embodies respective advanced managing concept, academic wisdom, cooperative spirit and deep friendship between the two countries. He hopes that the students can set up an altruistic life attitude to shoulder the social responsibility and even the responsibility for the mankind; that the students set up a mentally and physically healthy life outlook to meet challenges, to stick to conscience and pioneering spirit and to realize life value. President Han expressed his ardent expectations and best wishes to the future of the graduates. With humorous tone, Doctor Clif Smart expressed his hope and advice for the life and work of the graduates. He encouraged the graduates to try new things bravely. Graduation doesn’t mean the end of study. People should live and learn. Gui Shibao, the student representative, reviewed four years’ university life on behalf of all the students and said that they will not disappoint the expectations of their old school. They will endeavor to realize their dreams.
    Later, two presidents awarded the diplomas and degree certificates of Missouri State University and Liaoning Normal University respectively.
